Do you have a sweet tooth? I’m not normally a big sweets fan, or, I TELL myself I’m not a sweets fan. If it’s out of sight, it’s out of mind for me. But, hey, if you put a plate of donuts in front of me there’s a good chance that I’ll eat them all. Especially if there’s a Boston Creme in the mix…..
Still, every once in a while I’m hit with a craving, so I set out to create something quick and easy and healthy for such occasions.
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 T. no sugar almond butter
2 T. unsweetened almond milk
2 T. mini chocolate chips
Combine everything but the chocolate chips in a small bowl. You may need to add a little more or less almond milk until it gets to your desired consistency. Fold in chocolate chips and enjoy!
