Dieting doesn’t work.
Can you remember the last time you were on a diet? How did you feel? Hangry? And what were the long term effects of that diet?
What I’m trying to get at is that diets are temporary and typically provide a temporary result. If you want lasting results and a happier life you need to change your mindset.

• Unlimited Facebook Messenger or Skype Messenger support during your coaching period for when you need a little extra pep talk or answers to any questions or concerns that arise during the week.
• Various notes, meditations and anything else I feel will help you in your journey to stay focused & motivated.
